The MMA Satisfaction Survey is a survey conducted to evaluate and improve the implementation process and operational systems for education, research, and service at MMA. The results will be important data for MMA and will be needed for various development needs and progress of MMA.
The objectives of the MMA Satisfaction Survey are as follows.
- Evaluate the operational quality of MMA;
- Improving the curriculum to produce graduates with character;
- Gathering information from alumni on the benefits they gained from studying at MMA;
- Conduct a search for workplaces, fields of work, and waiting time to get a job from alumni to build networks;
- Collect information on graduates’ job readiness in accordance with the target.
